These terms govern use of the website. Personal information is addressed in the privacy policy, and external services are managed through cookie settings. Visiting a page does not constitute consent to optional cookies, advertising, publication of a personal story or sharing a form with partners.
Services and enquiries
Submitting a form is a request for consideration, not a promise of a service, treatment, legal representation or employment. Availability, eligibility, timing and scope are discussed separately. Selecting a support category does not mean that a programme is already active or available to everyone.
Online payments and donation collection are not currently active, and the site does not request card details. It does not attest to Section 46 tax-deductibility approval or other special approvals. Appropriate separate terms must be published before paid services, donations or events are enabled.
Not an emergency service
The website and email are not emergency channels and are not monitored around the clock. In immediate danger in Israel, call the police on 100; for medical emergencies call 101. For social-service information and assistance call 118. Do not wait for the organisation’s reply in an emergency.
Content, images and rights
Content provides general information and does not replace individual medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. Check current rules and personal circumstances with a qualified professional. Illustrative and AI-created images are not documentary evidence of events or beneficiaries’ experiences.
Texts, design, logo and other materials belong to their rights holders. Linking and use within the law, including applicable copyright exceptions, are permitted. Republication or commercial use outside those limits requires permission. Completing a form does not authorise public use of your story, name or photographs; separate consent is required.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, send spam, malicious code or knowingly false information, access other people’s forms or bypass security. Avoid unnecessary third-party personal data in general enquiries. Reasonable anti-abuse measures may temporarily restrict access to a form, without removing statutory rights.
